The hotel's proximity to key transportation routes made it easy to get around. There are plenty of cafes to choose from, and I enjoyed trying some local snacks and drinks. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome during our Christmas stay.

The breakfast area was noisy and not very pleasant, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication a little difficult at times. Although the room was comfortable, the internet connection was unreliable and didn't always work.

This boutique hotel impressed me with its comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff and unbeatable location near the city centre and public transportation. the room was immaculate, with a comfy bed, plenty of space, and modern amenities like a TV and fast wifi. Breakfast was served in a separate dining area, and had a range of delicious options to start the day with. the hotel is also located close to a variety of dining, shopping, and sightseeing attractions.

The on-site facilities like the spa or gym could be improved and were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to the Transmilenio. Staff was helpful and professional. Close to dining options.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi signal was also good. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and has plenty of restaurants in the area.

The breakfast served in the lobby was very basic and noisy. The staff didn't speak English well which made it difficult to communicate and receive proper assistance.
